Asian Asbestos Conference : Update
On April 14, I posted a blog entry about the plans for the Asian Asbestos Conference and the fact that I had been honored with an invitation to address the plenary session on the subject of transnational asbestos claims. On April 16, I posted a description of the workshop I was offering to local victims’ groups and their representatives on how to do these claims without the assistance of American lawyers. I am pleased now to be able to tell you that we have obtained a video of my plenary presentation along with permission to post it on our website for those who might find it interesting.
