Court of Appeals affirms Smith verdict against Pneumo Abex
On September 17, 2010, the Court of Appeal affirmed the $4,055,000 verdict against Pneumo Abex LLC for Robert and Mary Lou Smith. On December 1, 2010, the California Supreme Court denied Pneumo Abex’s request for review of the case. Mr Smith died during the appeal and his family’s case against Abex will go to trial this November.
